Property Cleanup

Spring and fall are the normal times to have a general cleanup of your property. Often times, customers will combine a Property Cleanup with Mulching and Pruning. These services are what usually constitutes a Spring and Fall Cleanup.

Pruning

Pruning services are available to get those overgrown bushes looking neat and healthy, open up window views, and show your house off to the neighborhood again!

Mulching

Mulching helps maintain moisture during drought conditions and prevents unwanted weed growth. We provide mulching service to make flower beds and other areas healthy and attractive.

Leaf removal

We visit you to remove leaves from your property. Usually we visit each property 2 or 3 times during a season. This ensures that your property is beautiful and healthy during the fall season.

Gutter and downspout cleaning

We blow out your gutters and downspouts to ensure proper control of all roof water. We recommend one cleaning in the late spring and two in the fall. Work would include power blowing, refastening loose nails, and surrounding landscape cleared of fallen debris.
