General Lawn Maintenance

Weiler’s offers a weekly service contract to residents of Arlington, Mclean and Falls Church for the cutting season. This service includes grass cutting, line trimming around planting beds and trees, edging along walkways and driveways, collecting of any trash and of blowing grass clippings.

How does our Lawn Maintenance contract work?

Prices are based upon square footage and difficulty level of each property.
Weiler's lawn maintenance service is performed on a weekly basis.
If so desired we can skip your property as long as the customer informs us at least 24 hours in advance of your cut day. Each customer is routed by computer. Barring inclement weather, this ensures each customer is cut the same day each week.
If it rains two days in a row, then the first day's customers will be skipped for that week. Example: If it rains Monday and Tuesday, Monday customers will be skipped for that week. Tuesday customers will be serviced on Wednesday and so forth. Crews will work Saturday's.

What are my payment options?

Customers have 2 payment options:

Pay per service. These customer's will be billed at the end of the each month.
Prepay for the entire season and receive 5% off. Customers must sign up by March 1st of each year to receive this discount. Yearly price is based upon 28 visits.
