Weiler’s offers a weekly service contract to residents of Falls Church, Arlington, and McLean (zip code 22101)  during the growing season (March-October).  This service includes grass cutting, line trimming around planting beds and trees, edging along walkways and driveways, and blowing away grass clippings.

How does our Lawn Maintenance contract work?

• Prices are based upon square footage and difficulty level of each property.
• Weiler's lawn maintenance service is performed on a weekly basis.
• If desired, we can skip your weekly mow as long as you inform us at least 48 hours in advance of your cut day.  Customers are routed by computer.  Barring inclement weather, this ensures every customer is cut the same day each week.
• If it rains two days in a row, then the first day's customers will be skipped for that week.  Example:  If it rains Monday and Tuesday, Monday's customers will be skipped for that week.  Tuesday's customers will be mowed on Wednesday and so forth.  Crews will work Saturdays when necessary.

What are my payment options?

Customers have three payment options:

• Prepay for the entire season and receive a 5% discount.  Customers must sign up by March 1st of each year to receive this discount.  Yearly price is based upon 30 visits.
• Pay per service.  Customers can choose to be billed at the end of each month, or may pay automatically with a credit card Weiler's will keep securely on file.

Weiler's uses 3 different sized mowers based upon the size and slope of the yard.
We trim along planting beds and trees.	We edge along walkways and driveways.	Finally, we blow grass clippings from flower beds and walkways.
